Renegade Power – Refund & Return Policy

✅ Returns Made Simple

We stand behind the gear we sell. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return most unused items within 30 days of the shipping date, as long as they’re in their original packaging.

Before sending anything back, please email info@renegade-power.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request return authorization.


🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to safety and customization concerns, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Boots, belts, and hard hats that have been worn
  • All rubber goods
  • All fall protection gear, including ropes and harnesses
  • Made-to-order or custom items (such as grounds, mechanical jumpers, and select belts or boots)

📦 Return Shipping Details

  • If Renegade Power made a mistake with your order, we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For returns, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Renegade Power is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

If your order arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery with photos so we can assist in resolving the issue.


⏳ Timing & Fees

  • All returns must be authorized and shipped back within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or outside the return window may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Orders may be canceled before shipment. If already shipped, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued once items are returned and inspected.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

🔁 Exchanges

We will replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us at info@renegade-power.com to start the process.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit instead of a refund. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, refunds will be issued back to the original purchaser.
